Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Solution Program Manager to lead global partner enablement initiatives for Financial Reporting and Data Management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure partners are trained, certified, and positioned to deliver successful customer projects.

The role emphasizes scalable, 1:many programs, certification paths, and ongoing content development, with a focus on partner advocacy during product releases and updates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in partner enablement, technical program management, or SaaS consulting/professional services.
• 3+ years of experience with the Workiva platform, specifically in Financial Reporting and Data Management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, global enablement projects ensuring readiness assets and certification training align with Workiva releases.
• Design scalable 1:many enablement programs with workshops, hands-on training, and webinars.
• Create and maintain enablement content including coursework, exams, guides, and blueprints.
• Plan knowledge-sharing channels to accelerate feature adoption and partner understanding.
