Job summary

Arlo Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Director to lead its global compliance program across product lines and markets. The role requires building and guiding a high-performance team and interfacing with engineering, suppliers, and external labs.

You will drive homologation efforts, manage carrier certifications, and ensure timely regulatory approvals while aligning with CSR/ESG commitments. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years leading a regulatory compliance function.
• Experience in consumer electronics or wireless products with safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global regulatory compliance strategy aligned with product roadmap.
• Lead and grow the regulatory compliance team; set goals and coach.
• Oversee product homologation and international regulatory approvals end-to-end.
