Qualifications
- 10+ years in Regulatory Affairs or regulated industries with process knowledge.
- 10+ years leading transformation, analytics, or digital initiatives with measurable impact.
- Proven ability to translate innovation strategies into operational execution and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute transformation strategy aligned with GRA objectives and enterprise priorities.
- Lead digitization and end-to-end global regulatory practices to increase efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities through AI, analytics, automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement governance and value realization.
