Job summary

Unicity USA Inc in Provo is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage registrations across markets and ensure label compliance. You’ll own dossiers from gathering to approval and coordinate with colleagues, manufacturers, and regulators globally.

This in-office role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple submissions under deadlines. You’ll report to the Regulatory Manager and help enable global product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field, or equivalent regulatory affairs experience.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, including with non-native English speakers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage submissions across markets.
• Close attention to detail on labels, documents, and data.
• Follow-through under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own product registrations for a designated set of markets, preparing and submitting dossiers.
• Review labels, ingredient lists, and claims against market requirements.
• Gather technical documents from manufacturers (certificates of analysis, specifications, and certificates of free sale).
• Write internal regulatory documents, including market requirement summaries and registration status reports.
• Coordinate with international offices, outside consultants, and government agencies.
• Advise product development teams on formulation and claims for launches in target markets.
• Keep registrations on schedule to meet product launch deadlines.
• This is an in-office position.
• This position will report to the Regulatory Manager.
