Job summary

Civia Health is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Director to shape and drive the global participant recruitment strategy across multiple clinical trials and indications. You will partner with study teams, sponsor clients, and CROs to design tactics, forecasts, and dashboards enabling enrollment success.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, optimize CTMS and recruitment platforms, and ensure compliance with global regulations while advancing innovative recruitment approaches across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (B.S. or B.A.).
• 10+ years clinical research, participant recruitment, and/or patient engagement experience.
• 5+ years leading teams and/or functions.
• Demonstrated responsibility for global recruitment strategy and delivery.
• Experience managing recruitment vendors, digital media partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and own Civia’s overarching recruitment strategy for multiple trials and indications.
• Lead vendor selection, RFPs, pricing, and engagements with internal teams.
• Own recruitment inputs to feasibility responses, bids, and enrollment plans.
• Provide governance and oversight for vendors, media partners, data providers, and CTMS platforms.
