Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Management Director to lead the delivery of complex, global studies and programs. You will direct the study team, manage portfolios from pre-award to close-out, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution with high quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep therapeutic expertise, strong partnerships with business development, and the ability to forecast risks, drive financial performance, and implement best practices across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• Requires 12 years of prior relevant experience including minimum 8 years of project management or relevant functional experience.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable clinical research regulations and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of project delivery strategy for RFPs and lead bid defense presentations.
• Direct execution of clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery across studies/programs and maintain financial performance.
