Klaviyo is seeking an organized and customer‑centric Recruiting Operations Coordinator for a 6‑month contract based in our Boston office. You will own the end‑to‑end coordination of candidates, partnering with recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, and leaders to scale our recruiting operations.

This hourly role uses Guide and Greenhouse to schedule interviews, ensure a great candidate experience, manage onsite logistics, and help implement scalable processes and enablement programs across

• Experience in recruiting coordination or operations in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑first communication skills.
• Track record of improving workflows, processes or systems at scale.
• Highly organized with sharp prioritization and ability to move fast.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, solution‑focused in operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and coordinating both virtual and onsite interviews using Guide and Greenhouse.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through prompt follow‑up and clear communication.
• Coordinate onsite interview logistics, candidate travel, and reimbursements across Klaviyo’s locations.
• Manage internal interview processes promptly, accurately, and confidentially.
• Act as a strategic partner on recruiting ops challenges by using data and process improvements.
• Contribute to TA programs and enablement, including interviewer training and candidate experience initiatives.
