Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to partner with our Talent Acquisition team in Boston. You will own sourcing, screening and hiring across engineering disciplines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while aligning with Klaviyo's growth and technical goals.

You'll work with engineering leaders to design search strategies, leverage analytics, and drive diverse candidate intake. This hourly role is paid through an external partner and based in our Boston office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in software engineering or technical roles.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate identification.
• Ability to advise senior technical stakeholders on role scope and leveling.
• Data-driven approach to pipelines and recruiting performance metrics.
• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Contract-based position based in our Boston office.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines of candidates across backend, frontend, infrastructure, ML, and related roles.
• Own the sourcing, screening, and hiring process with an exceptional candidate experience.
• Embed with engineering leaders and advise on hiring strategy and role definitions.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and increase recruiting capacity.
