You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with leaders to attract exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. We leverage data and AI tools to continuously improve sourcing and hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting for customer-facing teams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate needs into talent strategies.
• Strong data analytics mindset and ownership.
