Job summary

Workster is seeking a proactive recruiter to source and place candidates for international opportunities. You will leverage online platforms, social media, and professional networks to build a diverse, multilingual pipeline.

In this freelance role, you will review CVs, conduct structured screening calls and interviews, provide accurate job information, and coordinate interviews with hiring partners. You will also keep records up to date and support relocation details.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to conduct structured phone and video interviews.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for international roles via online platforms and networks.
• Build and maintain a pipeline across markets and languages.
• Review CVs and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Screen candidates via calls and interviews in a professional manner.
• Provide candidates with accurate information about opportunities, employers, and locations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring partners.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems/databases.
• Assist candidates with interview prep and relocation information.
• Monitor recruitment activity and work toward placement targets.
