Job summary

Intel Corporation in the United States (Folsom area) seeks a Rebates Global Process Owner Analyst to standardize product-level rebate accruals and inventory/payment methodologies, driving automation and AI enhancements while ensuring audit readiness across CAO controls and stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years (with Bachelor's) or 3+ years (with Master’s) in rebates accounting/operations, incl. accrual methods, forecasting/variance analysis, end-to-end processes.
• Strong analytical and tooling capability, e.g., advanced Excel; comfortable with structured templates and data-driven models.
• Experience driving organizational adoption through training, enablement, and stakeholder support across global teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours across geographies/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation/AI support across GRASP and CAO tools.
• Maintain exception rules and override governance with required rationale and methodology.
• Partner with RAs/COE to interpret outputs, analyze variances, and drive model enhancements.
• Support development/implementation of financial/operational systems reporting; streamline and standardize processes.
• Support rollout/stabilization activities, including UAT/test simulations and cutover readiness.
• Provide advisor support to account teams during onboarding and stabilization.
• Maintain enablement artifacts (templates, guidance) using Excel, Power Query, macros.
• Guide handling of edge cases consistent with policy and process design.
• Collaborate with COE/controls to keep SOX-relevant, auditable processes.
