Job summary

Intel Corporation in the United States is seeking a Rebates Global Process Owner Analyst to standardize product level rebate accruals and automate related processes within the CAO Revenue and Rebates organization.

Responsibilities include driving automation and AI enhancements to GRASP, maintaining governance for override rules, and partnering with audit, IT, and regional teams to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness in an increasingly automated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years (with Bachelor's) or 3+ years (with Master's) in rebates accounting/operations, including accrual methodologies, forecasting/variance analysis, and end-to-end processes.
• Strong analytical and tooling capability (e.g., advanced Excel); comfortable with structured templates and data-driven models.
• Experience driving organizational adoption through training, user enablement, and stakeholder support across global teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive continued automation/AI support across GRASP and CAO tools.
• Maintain exception rules and override governance with rationale and methodology.
• Partner with RAs/COE to interpret outputs, analyze variances, and drive model enhancements.
• Support development and implementation of financial and operational systems reporting and drive efficiency through standardization and automation.
• Support rollout and stabilization activities, including UAT/test environment simulations and cutover readiness.
