Job summary

Navan is seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate and Workplace Programs to shape the operating cadence for our global real estate and workplace portfolio. This is a real estate–first, high-impact role owning space strategy, lease obligations, occupancy, and portfolio governance in collaboration with Finance, Legal, IT, and regional teams.

You will lead end-to-end portfolio initiatives, build business cases, manage broker workflows, and apply AI-enabled processes to accelerate decision making

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate real estate or workplace program management.
• Experience supporting multi-site or global portfolios preferred.
• Understanding of lease events, renewals, and landlord coordination.
• Experience managing brokers, internal stakeholders, and executive materials.
• Ability to link headcount, seats, utilization, and costs to portfolio views.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Legal, IT, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a global portfolio view of spaces, leases, and occupancy.
• Own the portfolio calendar with key deadlines and business implications.
• Manage broker relationships, proposals, and transaction workstreams.
• Develop internal business cases and scenario analyses for real estate decisions.
• Use AI-enabled workflows to improve visibility and reporting.
• Travel up to 20% across domestic and international locations.
