Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace or portfolio management.
• Experience supporting multi-site or global real estate/workplace portfolios.
• Strong understanding of lease events, renewals, and commercial obligations.
• Experience managing brokers and external partners with internal alignment.
• Ability to connect headcount, seats, utilization, and cost into portfolio views.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a global portfolio view of spaces, leases, capacity, and decisions.
• Own portfolio calendar with lease, renewal, expansion, and payment deadlines.
• Manage brokers and transaction workstreams with aligned timelines and inputs.
• Develop internal business cases, including risks, financial impact, and recommended path forward.
• Collaborate with Finance on occupancy costs, budgets, and scenario models.
• Coordinate occupancy, utilization, and space planning inputs for options like expansion or relocation.
• Create visibility across projects with milestones, owners, risks and leadership updates.
• Establish repeatable standards for space requests, handoffs, and portfolio reviews.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows to improve portfolio visibility and operating efficiency.
