Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or real estate program management.
• Experience coordinating with multiple functions and external partners on global portfolios.
• Strong understanding of lease events, renewals, and financial drivers.
• Ability to connect headcount, seats, utilization, and costs into portfolio views.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a global view of spaces, leases, costs, and upcoming decisions.
• Own the portfolio calendar with key deadlines and business implications.
• Manage broker relationships and cross-functional transaction workstreams.
• Develop internal business cases including options, risks, and financial impact.
• Partner with Finance to monitor occupancy costs, capex/opex and budgets.
• Coordinate occupancy, utilization, and space planning inputs across locations.
• Create visibility of milestones, owners, dependencies, risks and leadership updates.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows to improve portfolio visibility and reporting.
