Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a seasoned real estate professional to join as Senior Director and member of the Corporate team. The role involves managing the global real estate office property portfolio, project management of new and refurbished office spaces, financial and budget oversight, and ongoing communications and reporting to the executive leadership team.

This role represents THE·TEAM in real estate and vendor contract matters, requiring superior negotiation and communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in real estate or corporate real estate leadership.
• Experience managing real estate portfolio across multiple regions (NA/UK/MME).
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and coordinating with finance/legal teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Project manage lease negotiations between landlords and internal teams.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, finance and marketing to align real estate decisions with business objectives.
• Oversee lease management for all offices worldwide and provide quarterly leadership updates.
• Project manage office buildouts to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead vendor/contract negotiations for buildouts and relocations.
