Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Real Estate Data, Digital & Technology Lead to define and execute the global data strategy for the enterprise real estate portfolio. You will own the data foundation, architecture, and digital ecosystem to enable informed decisions, efficiency, and ESG alignment across sites, leases, and workplace functions.

Qualifications

• Define and implement global data strategy for real estate, facilities, workplace, and capital projects.
• Establish data standards, taxonomies, and master data management across domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the global real estate technology ecosystem and roadmap.
• Lead global system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and predictive analytics for portfolio performance, occupancy, and ESG metrics.
• Drive automation of core processes (lease lifecycle, space requests, capital planning).
