Job summary

V2X is seeking a Project Manager to lead subcontractor coordination and program execution at the Patrick Space Force Base in Florida. The role involves inter-team collaboration with engineering, contracts, and customer teams, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with DoD requirements.

The PM will manage sustainment efforts for a radar platform, including deployment readiness, data exchange, and support logistics, with expected domestic and international travel (~10–15%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of PM experience or 8–10 years of experience in lieu of education.
• Experience leading subcontractor contracts and execution.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience with geographically diverse teams.
• Active U.S. passport and a current SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Propose and oversee subcontractor efforts, coordinating SSOW requirements with stakeholders.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, deliverables, and repair timelines against baselines.
• Assist sustainment efforts for radar platform including post-production support and depot-level repairs.
• Liaise between radar engineering teams and third-party subcontractors; manage data exchanges.
• Prepare and review subcontracts, invoices, and vendor documentation to ensure compliance.
• Track system readiness, upgrades, and parts provisioning for reports to stakeholders.
• Contribute to program initiatives and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Adhere to customer requirements and sustainment milestones; monitor day-to-day issues.
