Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Mobile Sensors Management Office at Patrick Space Force Base, FL. The role focuses on sustaining a radar platform and coordinating with engineering, finance, contracts, and subcontracts teams to meet program timelines.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractor efforts, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with quality standards while preparing readiness reports for stakeholders. Travel may be required as part of program support.

Qualifications

5 years of project management experience and prior experience with subcontractor contracts and execution.
Excellent written and oral communication and strong presentation skills.
Leadership experience for a geographically diverse team.
Mentoring with proven results and ability to develop others.
U.S. Passport valid with at least one year before expiration and three blank pages.
Active SECRET clearance required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

Oversee subcontractor efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop SSOW requirements.
Monitor subcontractor progress, deliverables, and repair turnaround against baselines.
Coordinate post-production support, depot repairs, and long-term sustainment workflows.
Serve as primary liaison between radar engineering teams and subcontractors for data exchanges.
Ensure vendor documentation meets federal, defense, and internal quality standards.
Provide readiness reporting with actionable status updates to stakeholders.
