Job summary

V2X is seeking a Project Manager to assist the Program Management Team at the Patrick Space Force Base, FL site, overseeing day‑to‑day program execution and sustainment activities for radar/communication systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years PM experience or 8–10 years in lieu of education, plus a current/active SECRET clearance and a U.S. Passport. Travel ~10–15% is expected, with coordination across engineering, finance, and contracts teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or 8‑10 years’ experience in lieu of education.
• 5 years of Project Management experience
• Prior experience working with subcontractor contracts and execution
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Leadership experience for a geographically diverse team
• Current U.S. Passport with minimum of 1 year prior to expiration and 3 blank pages
• Active SECRET clearance

Responsibilities

• Propose and oversee the Subcontractor efforts, including leading stakeholders with proposals and SSOW requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, daily progress, and repair turnaround times against baselines to ensure contractual compliance.
• Assist project managers in coordinating post‑production support, depot‑level repairs, and long‑term sustainment workflows.
• Act as primary point of contact between radar engineering teams and third‑party subcontractors, ensuring coordination with Customer Team.
• Manage subcontracts, review contractor submittals, process invoices, and ensure vendor documentation meets standards.
• Track system availability, hardware/software upgrades, and parts provisioning to stakeholders.
