Job summary

IREN seeks a Senior Technical Sourcing Manager, Rack Integration & Installation to own the sourcing that turns delivered hardware into a live, production-ready fleet. You’ll manage ODM partners for rack integration and installation services, negotiating contracts, SLAs, and vendor capacity to keep racks moving from loading dock to production.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Deployment, and Program Management to align capacity with go-live timelines, build the sourcing playbook,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical sourcing, procurement, or vendor/services management.
• Experience with rack integration ODMs or installation services is preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent collaboration with engineering, operations and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing relationships with rack integration ODM partners: negotiations, pricing, contracting, governance.
• Manage ODM rack integration build process to ensure quality, schedule and specs are met.
• Own sourcing and vendor management for installation services (IDV) of AI infrastructure racks.
• Negotiate pricing, master purchase agreements, SOWs, SLAs to keep vendors accountable to speed and quality.
