Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, operations, regulatory compliance, or vendor management in complex settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Legal Studies, Operations, or related field.
• Proven track record writing operational standards and compliance docs for technical workflows.
• Ability to structure ambiguity into clear goals and lead cross-functional alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with PM framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor service delivery and enablement to ensure SLA compliance during scaling.
• Establish global governance, quality control, and change management across vendor relationships.
• Support strategic decisions and footprint expansion, evaluating location strategies and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Safety, Product, Engineering, and WFM to align with regional requirements.
• Serve as Regulatory and Process SME, drafting documentation and answering regulator inquiries.
