UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record‑to‑Report to lead the future of UKG’s global R2R capabilities within Finance Digital Enablement. You will partner across Finance, IT, AI, and external partners to modernize accounting and drive a multi‑year transformation roadmap.

You will define operating models, standards, and governance to enable efficient close, accurate reporting, and scalable financial processes across a global organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, Digital Enablement, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record‑to‑Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Experience developing business roadmaps and transformation strategies involving ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.

• Define the future of Record‑to‑Report with long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for UKG’s global processes.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital innovation within finance operations.
• Own and govern the transformation roadmap and measure value realization across the end‑to‑end process landscape.
