Job summary

Mativ, a global leader in specialty materials headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, seeks a Regulatory Programs Data & Analytics Manager to enable environmental regulatory compliance through data, reporting, and scalable systems. You will bridge regulatory requirements with technical teams across the global supply chain.

The role emphasizes defining reporting frameworks, governing data, and delivering compliant data-driven insights to customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with strong analytical capability.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into data/reporting specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier data collection programs, including outreach campaigns, response tracking, escalations, KPI reporting, and compliance data readiness monitoring.
• Manage regulatory data validation processes by reviewing submissions, identifying data quality issues, coordinating remediation activities, and maintaining workflow governance.
• Support customer and internal stakeholder requests for regulatory documentation, compliance evidence, and data-driven inquiries through established service and ticket management processes.
• Administer regulatory-related master data, supplier information, assessment tracking, documentation repositories, and reporting capabilities to support ongoing compliance requirements.
• Coordinate collection, transformation, validation, and consolidation of regulatory data required for annual regulatory declarations and external reporting submissions.
• Prepare governance meeting materials, compliance metrics, executive reporting, action logs, and program status updates to support decision-making and regulatory oversight.
