Job summary

Bausch + Lomb, a global leader in eye health, is seeking a Project Manager for the R&D Global Portfolio Management team. You will lead cross-functional efforts to define scope, budgets, timelines, and resources for surgical product development and launches.

Responsibilities include coordinating regulatory strategy, IP planning, risk management, and governance. The role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree (Science, Engineering, or Business) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
• 13 years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional R&D project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute global product development strategies.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; establish TPB and key value drivers.
• Develop financial models and support risk analysis for programs.
• Support regulatory strategy and global launch planning; coordinate IP strategy.
• Maintain data in GPPM systems and deliver reports for decision-making.
