Job summary
Integer Holdings Corporation in the United States seeks a Strategy, Roadmap & Value Acceleration Leader for Global Quality Systems. You will define the QMS technology strategy, align stakeholders, and drive measurable improvements in quality, compliance and efficiency.
Lead and coach a team, scale digital quality solutions, ensure regulatory readiness, and collaborate across Quality, IT, Operations, and Regulatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 8+ years in quality, IT, operations, or related in FDA-regulated setting.
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience implementing and governing FDA-regulated technologies (QMS, MES, LMS).
Responsibilities
- Define QMS technology strategy and annual priorities with leadership.
- Align stakeholders on scalable technology solutions supporting business strategy.
- Quantify value of quality tech programs—quality, compliance, productivity, cost.
- Translate user and regulatory needs into business cases and requirements.
- Provide leadership across regulatory risk, validation, data integrity, and electronic records.
