Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a Global Quality Program Integration Manager to lead critical Quality Laboratory Transformation initiatives within our manufacturing division.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and external partners to align strategies, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Quality, 5+ years in project management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Quality Environment with regulatory understanding.
• 5+ years of project-management experience.
• Experience planning, logistics, and facilitation of executive-level meetings.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with regulatory/scientific teams.
• Ability to influence and negotiate among teams with competing priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across cross-functional groups regionally and globally.
• Integrate complex workstream plans across functions and external entities.
• Resolve conflicts and trade-offs to ensure project success.
• Lead meetings with alliance counterparts and governance.
• Ensure budget accountability and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Track timelines, risks, and mitigation with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across activities.
• Support business initiatives including budgets and minutes.
