Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Quality Training Lead in Waltham, MA to drive global training strategy and governance. You will lead the Global Training Center, ensuring GMP-compliant training programs and content, while collaborating across VR&D to harmonize practices and elevate training quality.

The role focuses on governance, KPI monitoring, and serving as the SME for quality systems, including deviations and CAPAs, to safeguard product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning management, quality, compliance, documentation, or quality assurance.
• Educational experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Training Center with strategic alignment across global operations.
• Own governance of training matrices, plans, and content ensuring GMP/regulatory alignment.
• Provide training compliance SME guidance for quality systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls).
• Oversee LMS governance and collaborate with VR&D to harmonize training practices across sites.
