Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning management, quality, compliance, documentation, or quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Quality Assurance (QA) or compliance experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of training matrices and plans for the Global Training Center.
• Collaborate with departments to harmonize training practices and ensure compliance.
• Support audits and self-inspections, providing pre-audit documentation.
