Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 6+ years in instructional design and digital learning.
• Experience designing engaging GxP training content for regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, scalable training materials.
• Proven track record with LMS administration and training metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the GxP Quality Training program across GLP, GCP and GMP activities.
• Design, implement and maintain role-based training curricula and curricula in LMS.
• Onboard new employees with quality onboarding training and assign curricula.
• Develop training materials using instructional design principles for varied formats.
• Support LMS upgrades, change management and training content improvements.
• Produce digital learning resources including web-based courses and videos.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections by providing training reports.
