Job summary

Albemarle Corporation is seeking a Global Quality Systems Manager to lead strategy, standardization and governance of Quality Management Systems across its global manufacturing network. You will serve as the subject-matter expert for QMS governance, process confirmation, and Cost of Quality, collaborating with regional leaders to improve compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Leads and governs Quality Management Systems across global manufacturing sites.
• Expert in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 with ability to translate standards to practical systems.
• Proven track record implementing cost-of-quality frameworks and quality performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead development, standardization and governance of QMS processes.
• Establish document management, internal audits, risk management and Cost of Quality frameworks.
• Assess site systems against enterprise standards, customer expectations, and best practices.
• Identify systemic risks and drive improvement plans with accountable leaders.
• Serve as the company expert on ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and related standards.
• Lead global quality performance framework with KPIs, definitions and targets.
• Develop and maintain internal audit and process confirmation programs.
• Promote prevention, transparency and continuous improvement across the organization.
