Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a senior program leader to architect and govern a global quality framework, SOP library, and standardized processes across international regions and BPO partners. You will drive continuous improvement, partner across functions, and lead data-driven quality analytics for executive leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in program management or quality leadership in complex operational environments, and a strong background in vendor management and process design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of experience in program management or quality leadership within complex operational environments.
• Proven senior program leadership with cross-functional scope and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Architect, launch, and govern a global quality framework across regions and vendors.
• Design and maintain SOPs, process maps, and policies bridging engineering and field execution.
• Lead root-cause retrospectives to resolve process breakdowns and bottlenecks.
• Oversee vendor quality triage and calibration with QBRs tied to SLAs and roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Safety, Legal, and Local Market Ops for governance.
• Define operational metrics, build analytics dashboards, report insights to senior leadership.
