Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to join the Global Engineering, Maintenance, & Sustainability - Design & Construction Quality Management team. You will manage initiatives across regions, travel up to 60%, and work from a corporate office when not traveling.

The role focuses on applying PMP/Lean Six Sigma methods to improve processes, drive faster, higher-quality outcomes, and share best practices globally. A relocation option is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement using data and metrics.
• Experience using data to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in facility and infrastructure construction management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize PMP and Lean Six Sigma methods to engage teams and solve problems.
• Drive speed, quality, and simplification by standardizing processes.
• Motivate teams to achieve impeccable quality in growth and deadlines.
• Diagnose processes, identify improvements, and guide initiatives.

• Create global best-practice documentation and share across regions.
