Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Logistics Program Manager to lead transportation operations for OCI deployments. This hands-on role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery of critical infrastructure across domestic and international shipments.

The successful candidate will analyze operational data, optimize processes, and drive improvements in visibility and carrier performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in transportation, logistics, or related field; hyperscale datacenter experience preferred.
• Experience managing domestic and international freight in a complex, high‑volume environment.
• Strong carrier operations, planning, shipment visibility, and risk management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional programs without direct authority.
• Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation execution for critical domestic and international OCI infrastructure shipments from dispatch through delivery.
• Partner with deployment, warehouse, data center, procurement, trade compliance, and supplier teams to ensure on-schedule infrastructure delivery.
• Identify and resolve shipment risks, carrier issues, capacity constraints, and delays; escalate high-priority movements.
• Use data to improve on-time delivery, visibility, cost efficiency, and carrier performance.
• Manage transportation programs and process improvements from planning through implementation.
• Develop clear performance reporting and communicate risks and recommendations to leadership.
• Help improve use of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and related tools for planning and execution.
• Support carrier and logistics-provider performance management and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to reverse logistics and asset recovery transportation programs as needed.
