Job summary

Barnes Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager, Assurance & Regulatory Compliance to lead the enterprise assurance program and strengthen regulatory, certification, and Quality-system compliance across our global aerospace portfolio.

This role provides independent assessment of QMS effectiveness and drives escalation of systemic risks while partnering with site Quality leaders, Operations, and functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading internal-audit programs across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100/AS9110 and Nadcap requirements.
• Proven ability to govern regulatory compliance within aerospace quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise assurance programs, audit planning, and reporting across sites.
• Establish and harmonize enterprise regulatory controls and documentation standards.
• Monitor audit trends, certification status, and systemic risk indicators for leadership review.
• Oversee regulatory audit readiness for aviation authorities, customers, and Nadcap.
• Provide escalation and root-cause analysis for significant findings and corrective actions.
• Coach and develop a community of internal auditors across the enterprise.
