Job summary

AMVAC CHEMICAL CORP is seeking a Global Quality Manager to lead QMS across domestic and international sites. You will drive quality strategy, audits, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Compliance and EH&S.

The role requires 8+ years in QA in manufacturing, with strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Travel up to 30% is expected. Excellent communication and budget management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading QA, QC and compliance teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee QMS across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead QA/QC teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across operations.
• Provide regular quality performance reports to management.
