Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 10+ years leading quality initiatives in manufacturing.
- Experience with ISO 9001/13485 and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to lead audits and CAPA processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems.
- Oversee APQP and PPAP for new product introductions.
- Drive CAPA activities and root-cause analysis.
- Lead internal and external quality audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
