Job summary

Jabil in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Manager to lead the Quality Engineering team, uphold QMS, and drive customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, oversee NPIs, lead CAPA, audits, and supplier quality, and partner with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in quality engineering in manufacturing; 3+ years in leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100/ISO 13485 and quality tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/6S/8D).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Quality Engineering team to ensure product quality and process compliance.
• Develop and maintain QMS and quality plans for NPIs and existing products.
• Drive RCA and CAPA with data-driven improvements and supplier quality management.
