Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily department priorities and work assignments.
• Oversee daily inspections and ensure adherence to quality requirements and PPE usage.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing engineering, and leadership to address issues and drive timely resolution.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to prevent repeat defects and improve quality.
