Job summary

Amphenol ICC is seeking a Group Quality Director to lead global quality strategy across the High Speed Products Group, guiding manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and new product development initiatives.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure world-class quality across the product lifecycle, with extensive travel (up to 40%) to engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and customer locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience.
• Experience leading global, multi-site quality organizations.
• Experience with high-speed interconnects, connectors, or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven success partnering with Tier-1 customers, hyperscalers, and AI infrastructure providers.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma, reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global quality strategy for the High Speed Products Group (HSPG).
• Lead executive customer reviews, escalations, containment actions, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive product development quality, process capability, and validation for successful launches.
• Oversee manufacturing, supplier, and field quality across sites worldwide.
• Ensure ISO, regulatory, and customer-specific quality compliance and audits.
