Job summary

Antolin is seeking a Quality professional to drive the territory's quality strategy and ensure robust processes across manufacturing facilities. The role involves coordinating with the GANA Executive Committee and Corporate Quality Function, directing quality improvements, and interfacing with customer representatives to implement effective corrective actions.

Travel to customer facilities and plants is expected, with domestic and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
• Ability to sit, stand and move around office or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to conduct extended computer work and lead discussions with employees.
• Visits to customer facilities and plants; travel may be domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of the territory’s Quality strategic plan in accordance with the strategic direction of the GANA Executive Committee and Corporate Quality Function.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through management and improvement of territorial quality systems and resolution of customer issues.
• Assist plants with customer meetings and provide direction/mentoring with problem solving.
• Support Plant Quality functions to ensure consistent, standardized approach with regard to plant metrics and improvement plans.
• Ensure Manufacturing best practices are communicated and implemented throughout all territorial facilities.
