The role focuses on PPAP, MSA, control plans, FMEA, and SPC while ensuring conformance to customer specifications and company quality systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in automotive QA, experience with FORD/GM, and working knowledge of SAP and related tools. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Industrial engineer with 3+ years in automotive QA.
• 3+ years as a Quality Engineer in the Automotive Industry.
• Experience with FORD/GM.
• AMEF knowledge and SAP familiarity.
• 8D problem solving proficiency.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvements to ensure products meet customer specifications and internal standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions with production, design, and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Monitor key process indicators, drive corrective actions, and reduce waste and variation.
