Job summary

Antolin is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee QA activities across automotive interior projects. You will coordinate technicians, mentor staff, and interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues. The role requires APQP/PPAP experience and strong metrology and statistical skills.

Office and manufacturing tasks apply; domestic travel may be required. A four-year degree and automotive QA experience are essential, with ASQ CQE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ASQ CQE is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in automotive manufacturing quality engineering.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP and supplier/customer interfaces optional.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of Quality Technicians/Auditors as needed.
• Train/mentor subordinate Quality Personnel.
• Interface with customers on quality issues for assigned responsibilities.
• Interface with suppliers on quality issues including APQP/PPAP.
• Submit samples for new products or engineering changes.
• Maintain control plans, PFMEAs, inspection and gage instructions.
