Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Quality Management Systems Manager in San Jose to lead the global QMS, EMS, and ISM programs. You will drive compliance across manufacturing, conduct audits, manage CAPA, and collaborate across teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in General Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in quality/compliance with 5+ years managing Q/EMS.
• Experience developing and managing QMS, EMS, ISMS in manufacturing/electronics/medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for quality systems, procedures, and department processes.
• Coordinate external audits by Notified Bodies and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare performance reports and metrics for QMS, EMS, ISM.
• Ensure processes comply with ISO standards requirements.
• Serve as process owner for QMS/EMS/ISM elements (CAPA, Internal Audit).
• Lead internal audit program: planning, reporting, corrective actions.
• Train on QMS/EMS/ISM elements including CAPA and Internal Audit.
• Execute projects and other duties as assigned.
