Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a seasoned quality leader to drive global PCBA quality initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing. You will analyze metrics, oversee lifecycle management, and shape corporate quality strategies with international teams.

Lead AI/ML in-line defect classification, ensure IPC/ISO compliance, and champion reliability and performance across products and processes. Strong collaboration and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in EE/IE preferred.
• 10+ years in PCBA and high-performance server system integration.
• Experience with AI hardware assembly and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality performance of global supply chain and CM processes.
• Lead audits and corrective actions for PCBA quality.
• Drive AI/ML in-line defect classification systems.
