Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA in complex tech environments.
• Strong end-to-end software testing knowledge across multiple levels.
• Experience with agile delivery and multiple concurrent teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test management across unit, integration, QA, UAT, and release.
• Define and drive a quality engineering strategy with automated testing.
• Coordinate testing across concurrent scrum teams and environments.
• Define environment strategy and test data governance.
• Manage test data readiness, lineage, masking, and interim solutions.
• Define test scenarios, regression coverage, and automation targets.
• Provide insights on progress, risks, and release confidence to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement toward agile, scalable testing.
• Oversee post-release validation, observability, and production feedback.
