Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, is the global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions. We seek a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Global Quality Assurance team in Easton, PA, reporting to the Global Quality Assurance Manager.

In this role, you'll collaborate with design, manufacturing, sourcing, applications, and sales teams to ensure quality standards across our products. You'll support both new product development and investigations of customer complaints from the

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in a Quality Engineering role with proven problem solving.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques, SPC, and Minitab.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to large audiences.
• Ability to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer complaints to determine root cause and direct corrective actions.
• Support New Product Development from ideation to launch with quality elements.
• Identify trends with Manufacturing QA and initiate containment actions.
• Contribute to COPQ reduction through Six Sigma projects.
• Create and update specifications, procedures, and processes.
• Support development and implementation of new quality systems and technology.
• Lead product/process reviews related to warranty claims.
• Take on additional initiatives as directed by Global Quality Assurance leadership.
