Victaulic Company seeks a Manager, Global Product Quality Assurance to lead a worldwide quality team from its Easton headquarters. The role serves as the primary customer-facing quality interface with sales and engineering and drives PER, CCD, and MTR processes.

Responsibilities include beta testing for new products, triage of quality issues, corrective actions, and executive reporting. Domestic/international travel up to 20% is required; relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related manufacturing field.
• 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience leading root cause analyses and corrective actions (8D, 5-Why, etc.).
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to present to executives.
• Familiarity with statistics and quality tools; CPC/DFMEA experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10–20%).
• Current or prior ASQ CQE, CQM, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead a global team of quality professionals, including performance reviews and career development.
• Oversee PER process end-to-end and CCD process coordination.
• Manage MTR process to ensure material certification compliance.
• Serve as primary quality interface with customers, sales, and engineering.
• Lead beta testing activities for new product introductions and ensure quality validation.
• Drive containment actions, field alerts, and product holds as needed.
• Develop metrics and dashboards tracking PER, aging, and CAPA effectiveness.
