Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Manager, Global Product Quality at our World Headquarters in Easton, PA. You will lead a global quality team, drive customer-facing product quality improvements, and oversee PER, CCD, and MTR processes from intake to closure.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure adherence to quality standards, support new product development, and mentor staff. Travel up to 10–20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why).
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and interfacing with customers on quality matters.
• Experience presenting to executive and senior leadership audiences.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts (control charts, process capability, Pareto analysis).
• Proficiency with electronic systems and software (MS Word, Excel, Power BI, Minitab).

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of quality professionals, including regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Manage PER, CCD, and MTR processes end-to-end and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee containment actions, field alerts, and product holds as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality on corrective actions.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for executive reporting and Continuous Improvement.
• Participate in design reviews focused on DFMEA and process FMEA.
