Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a Quality Engineer for its Easton, PA area Commerce Park facility. You will drive process improvements, use Six Sigma tools, and ensure quality controls across painted, assembled, or kitted products.

Collaborate with the Quality Supervisor to implement new processes and improve existing ones. You’ll develop metrics, lead root-cause investigations, and support ISO 9001 readiness while advancing quality initiatives across the

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 3+ years experience in Manufacturing and Quality.
• ASQ CQE and/or CSSGB or BB certification desired.
• Proficient in problem solving.
• Working knowledge of measuring equipment.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts (control charts, process capability).

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement project teams, including Six Sigma and T&OE.
• Perform root cause investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Support Victaulic Global QA initiatives as required.
• Track Cost of Quality and Cost of Non-Quality metrics for the facility.
• Complete ISIRs for new products, processes, and vendors at Commerce Park.
• Participate in PFMEAs for New Product Introductions.
• Perform trend analysis and establish quality metrics for the facility.
• Assist in ISO 9001 audits and other audits.
